Mudra Tax Services is an IRS Acceptance Agent, all original documentation that needs to be verified with an in-person appointment must be scheduled in advance. No "walk-in" appearances will be allowed until further notice by the County Health Officials.

Policies for In-Person Appointments:

An advanced and confirmed appointment time must be set with a valid text number for communication upon arrival. We will not be able to provide a waiting area.

- No Flu-like symptoms

- Temperature check upon arrival

- Hand washing or use of sanitizer prior to entering the office area

- Masks Are Mandatory at all times inside the building

INFORMATION SECURITY:

All of our agents are required to work on-location in our offices. No off-site contractors and no external storage of information is allowed outside of our offices. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the security of your information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
